Mandrel Bending
Allbend makes use of mandrel bending for its tube and pipe bending. This form of bending helps to keep the bend uniform by inserting a mandrel inside the tube. The end of the mandrel is placed at the tangent point of bending on the center line and the swivel balls bend with the tube helping the structure stay uniform throughout the bend. This type of bending is designed to make tight radius bends with little or no change in the shape of the tube. It is a very accurate and repeatable form of bending.
