RING ROLLING

Ring rolling also known as Section Rolling or roll bending  is a bending process whereby the tube, angle, extrusion, section or solid is passed through a series of rollers to gradually form a large radius bend. Used for various products ranging from balustrading, structural and architectural applications, carports and more.

Allbend can roll various shaped tube and pipe, sections and solid bar. We have a multiple range of tools but due to the expense of the tooling we, do not carry all. Please enquire as to the range of tooling we have. If we do not have the size you require we can have tooling manufactured for the the customer to meet their requirements.

Materials include Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium as well as other types of material.
